Application Deadline

The application deadline for the 2026 Boğaziçi University Global Leadership Development Program is February 10, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be currently employed in government, media, or civil society.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, with demonstrated accomplishments and clear evidence of impact and future leadership potential.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Selection Criteria

Admission to the Programme is highly selective. Evaluation is based on:

• A proven record of exceptional achievement and integrity
• Strong leadership potential and the promise of sustained, high-impact contribution
• Clear capacity to benefit from the Programme and to contribute meaningfully to global dialogue and intellectual exchange at Boğaziçi University
• Performance in a formal interview, which forms an integral part of the final selection process
